Set up SuperIQ in 7 short steps

Your pipeline, contact form, booking calendar and automations are already built. These steps plug in your details so everything starts working for your business.

Log in and add your business details

Go to app.superiq.app and sign in with the email you signed up with. Use the activation link in your welcome email to set your password the first time.

Then open Settings and fill in your business profile: business name, address, phone, website, time zone and logo.

Why: your name and logo appear on the texts, emails and forms your customers see.

Connect a phone number

In Settings, find Phone Numbers and add a local number for your business. Pick an area code your customers know.

Why: missed-call text-back and instant text replies can't send until you have a number. Calls and texts are billed by usage.

Set your booking hours

Open Calendars and edit the Book an Appointment calendar. Set the days and hours you take appointments, how long each one lasts, and any buffer time between them.

Why: customers can only book the times you open here, so you never get double-booked.

Add your Google review link

  • In your Google Business Profile, click Ask for reviews and copy the link.
  • In SuperIQ, go to Settings > Custom Values, open Review Link and paste it.
Why: your review request automation sends this link to happy customers after each job.

Set your Booking Link

Copy the public link to your Book an Appointment calendar (it's in the calendar's settings). Then go to Settings > Custom Values, open Booking Link and paste it.

Why: your lead replies and follow-ups include this link so people can book themselves.

Check your Leads pipeline and Contact Us form

Open Opportunities to see your Leads pipeline. New leads land in the first stage, and you drag them along as they book and become customers. Moving a job to Won sends the review request.

Then find the Contact Us form (under Sites, in Forms). Put it on your website or share its link, and submit one test entry with your own details to see it arrive.

Why: a quick test confirms leads reach you and get an instant reply.

Turn on your 5 automations

Open Automation and make sure each of these is switched on (Published). Open each one to check the wording sounds like you.

01New Lead – Instant Reply: texts and emails every new lead within seconds.
02Missed Call Text Back: texts anyone whose call you miss.
03Appointment Reminders: reminds customers before their appointment.
04Review Request: asks for a Google review when a job is Won.
05Cold Lead Follow-Up: checks back in with leads who go quiet.
Why: these do the follow-up for you, around the clock.
