Who we are

SuperIQ is a brand of Tekglobal Partners INC ("we", "us"), an Indiana corporation doing business as SuperIQ, 6101 North Keystone Ste. 100 #1396, Indianapolis, IN 46220. This policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit superiq.io or use the SuperIQ software (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: name, business name, email, phone number and billing details you provide at signup.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Customer Data: contacts, messages, calls, appointments and other content you or your customers put into the Service.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use information

To provide, operate and support the Service; process payments and usage billing; send service and account messages; improve and secure the Service; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and, with your consent where required, send marketing you can opt out of at any time.

Customer Data

You control the Customer Data in your account and are responsible for having the right to collect it and to contact the people in it, including consent required for SMS, calls, email and WhatsApp messages. We process Customer Data on your behalf to provide the Service and do not sell it.

How we share information

With service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, software platform, payment, messaging and telephony providers) under confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), to understand site use and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After cancellation, account data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can access, update or delete your account information, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to texts. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or port your information. Email us to make a request.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and update the date above; material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service.
